All requirements for meeting rooms must be pre-booked, whatever the nature of the meeting. To book a meeting space or event complete the Bookings section below:

  • Complete all fields in the Main Booking Form section.
  • Allow adequate time for setting-up & clearing-up within your booked period. 
  • For a portable resource give the total period for which you need it.
  • Complete relevant fields in the Additional Information section as fully as possible. 
  • Click on the Send Form button when finished.

We will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm your booking - do not assume that your request is accepted before you receive the confirmation.
